Shimoga: Three of a family killed in road mishap

Shimoga: Three members of the same family were killed on the spot after the car they were travelling in hit the electric pole on Thursday, September 24.
The deceased are identified as Lohit (34), Kalavathi (60), and Shankar (8). The accident took place while they returning from Dharmasthala.
As per sources, the trio was electrocuted to death after then got down from the car and came in contact with the live wire.
Local police have registered a case with this regard.
