K’taka COVID-19 update: 5018 new cases, 8005 discharges, 64 deaths on Oct 18

Bengaluru: 5,018 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State on October 18 along with 8005 recoveries and 64 COVID-19 deaths.

The totals in the State has now increased to 7,70,604 total cases, 1,06,214 active cases and 10,542 total COVID-19 deaths.

The districts that reported a higher number of infections are Bengaluru Urban 2,481, Tumakuru 253, Chikkaballapura 193, Ballari 186, Bengaluru Rural 173, Mysuru 151 and Mandya 130.
