Karnataka Rajyotsava: PM, Prez extends wishes

Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended greetings to the people of Karnataka on the occasion of Karnataka Rajyotsava.

“Karnataka Rajyotsava greetings to my sisters and brothers of Karnataka. Powered by the strength and skills of the people of the state, Karnataka is scaling new heights of progress. I pray for the happiness and good health of the people of Karnataka,” PM Modi tweeted.

Meanwhile, the official account of Rashtrapati Bhavan tweeted, “Warm wishes to (the) people of Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Lakshadweep, and Puducherry on formation day. Let each state/union territory be an exemplar of peace and prosperity to make the country proud.”
