Mangaluru: Woman files plaint against man for falesly promising job at airport

Mangaluru: A complaint was filed by a youth in a police station here against a man and his accomplice for cheating her of Rs 8,000 as payment for a job in the city’s airport.

The woman in her complaint stated that she and ten others like her paid the accused Yatish and Navya for jobs in the airport that were promised by the duo to them. Later, Yatish demanded more money from her and when she said that she does not have money left with her, he verbally abused her and switched off his mobile phone.

The woman also approached Durga Vahina, Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad for help which she claimed were assured to her by them.
