Indian EV start up Pravaig unveils its 1st luxury sedan ‘Extinction MK1’

Bengaluru: City-based Pravaig Dynamics has unveiled what it claims to be India’s first completely Made in India electric luxury car – the Extinction MK1.

According to the company, the premium electric car can run upto 504 kilometres in a single charge, making it the country’s highest-ranged electric car.

The company further claims that the car’s 96 kHw battery can be charged upto 80 per cent in 30 minutes.

The car produces 200 hp of power and can attain a top speed of 196 kmph. It can reach 100 kmph from zero in 5.4 seconds.

The car’s photos on the company’s official Instagram page shows it featuring two doors and LED bars on the front for headlights.

No photos were available of Extinction MK1’s interiors, however, it is claimed that the four-seater car has a lounge-like design with reclining rear seats.

The company did not state an official launch date it could be out in the middle of 2021.
