Kalburgi: Couple donate bodies to a medical college for research

Kalburgi: In a bid to encourage medical research, BJP Kalburgi district media chief Arun Kumar Kulkarni and his wife Vijayalakshmi Jainapura have donated their bodies to Mahadevappa Rampure Medical college on Tuesday, Dec 29

Arun Kumar said,  “I have been thinking of donating my body for the past 7 years. As today is my 54th birthday, me and wife decided that it is the best day to donate our bodies for medical research. Our family members are happy with our decision”

Arun Kumar’s wife Vijayalakshmi works at the Agriculture Department, their son is a software engineer and daughter is currently pursuing her MBBS
