New Year is finally here. No matter how many times you have promised yourself that you wont be drinking a lot, we both know the end result. That is why we have curated below some simple tips to save you from drilling headache and nausea.
Binge on fluids
As your body gets dehydrated from all the alcohol, we recommend you to sip water all day. Don’t forget to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
The best cure for hangover. Just munch on some jaggery with sesame oil to keep headaches at bay.
Eat a banana or two to restore the lost potassium, salt and magnesium levels.
Watch what you eat
Instead of having a heavy lunch, have a curd rice to soothe your stomach.
Pro tip: Don’t consume alcohol on an empty stomach. Also make sure to have water in between the drinks in order to stay hydrated.
