After Madikeri ‘Huccha’ Venkat gets thrashed by mob in Mandya for pelting stones at car

Mandya: Actor ‘Huccha’ Venkat was thrashed by a gang of irate youths for allegedly pelting stones at a youths car here at Mandya on Sunday, September 1.

Upon knowing that Venkat’ was staying at a city hotel since August 30, the youths went there to meet him. Venkat interacted with the group and is said to have asked them to fetch sugarcane juice. The youths took him in a car and bought him juice and food.

However, Venkat pelted stones at their car. Angered by this, the youths assaulted him till police intervened to rescue Venkat.

The cops later sent Venkat to Bengaluru in his car.

It may be recalled that just last week Venkat had been thrashed publicly for assaulting a youth without any provocation at Madikeri.
