Assault, Kidnap Case: BSY’s PA Moves High Court Seeking Cancellation of FIR

Bengaluru: Personal aide (PA) to Karnataka state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa, Santhosh reportedly moved to state high court seeking cancellation of FIR registered by the police of Mahalakshmi police station against him inconnection with a kidnap case, reports said.

The police questioned and registered an FIR against Santhosh for his alleged role in kidnap and assault on Vinay, another PA to senior Karnataka BJP leader KS Eshwarappa. Earlier, Santhosh was questioned by the police inconnection with the case and later managed to get interim bail from the court.

Santhosh reportedly moved to higher court as the police have been questioning him as his name included in the list of suspects inconnection with the crime, sources said.
