At least 6 killed, several injured in boiler explosion at TN

Neyveli: At least six people were killed and several others injured here on Wednesday, July 1 when a boiler exploded at the NLC India’s thermal plant in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district.
The mishap occurred at the fifth unit of the thermal power station-II (210 MW x 7) when workers were in the process of resuming operations this morning.
As per sources, all those suffered injuries have been rushed to a hospital in Chennai.
