Bajpe: One held for theft at house, Rs 5L worth gold valuables recovered

Mangaluru: Bajpe police on Monday apprehended a 34-year-old man in connection with theft of gold valuables from a house at Karodi here.
Vincent D’Souza, a resident of Bajpe is the arrested person. Police recovered gold ornaments weighing 80 grams and valued at Rs 5 lakhs from his possession.
The stolen ornaments included Mangalasutra, a pearl necklace, two gold bangles, three finger rings, one pair of ear rings and one pair of anklets.
