Bantwal: Man threatens Imam, arrested

Bantwal: The city police arrested a man on Tuesday, March 1 night for threatening an Imam at Mithabailu Juma Masjid.
The arrested is identified as Babu Poojary (60).
Reportedly, Babu Poojary after parking his two-wheeler vehicle directly entered the Masjid and started to verbally abuse the Imam
He further added that he had come to kill the Imam.
After learning about the incident the police arrived at the spot and held Babu.
While inspecting his vehicle police recovered a knife.
