Bantwal: Man’s dead body found in compound of wedding hall

Bantwal: The body of a man was found lying in a pool of blood in the compound premises of a wedding hall in Thumbe Valavoor.

The deceased person has been identified as Santosh, a resident of Uppinangadi. His bike was found parked nearby.

While the exact cause of his death is not known, it is suspected that he might have stopped his bike here and sat on the compound when he lost control and fell.

A postmortem will reveal the cause of his death. Bantwal Rural Police Inspector Sivakumar, PSI Harish visited the spot and began an investigation.
