Bantwal: Rs 3L cash, liquor bottles stolen from bar

Mangaluru: Liqour bottles and Rs three lakh in cash was stolen from a bar after thieves alleged forced their entry by breaking open the lock of the shutter door.
The theft took place at Surabhi Bar in Kanduru near Melkar here on Wednesday January 13 night.
Bantwal police inspector TD Nagaraj, town police sub-inspector Avinash and crime division sub-inspector Kalaimar, head constable Suresh Paadar, Srikanth Usman and Prashanth visited the scene and registered a case.
Canine squad and fingerprint experts visited the spot for inspection.
