Bantwal: Vehicles collide on highway; plough into a house

Bantwal: Two vehicles collided in a road mishap on the BC Road-Punjakatte highway on Saturday night.
A pick-up vehicle crashed into a Hyundai Creta car at Chandimar near Bantwal. The Creta was moving from Punjalkatte whereas the pickup was moving from Bantwal.
After the collision, the pickup smashed into a nearby house.
Fortunately, no loss of life was reported. However, both vehicles and a part of the house structure suffered damages.
Bantwal police reached the scene of the accident and conducted an inspection.
