Belthangady: Youth arrested for ganja possession

Dharmasthala: A youth has been arrested by the police here for possession of ganja in his two-wheeler. The arrested is identifies as Pradeep Poojary (26).

Apparently, the accused noticed moving suspiciously near the Gangotri lodge  during the wee hours of September 20 by the cops, who then approached him and found 60 gram ganja in his two-wheeler.

When confronted, the accused revealed that the ganja in his possession was for his own consumption and for sale. The accused has been produced before the court.

Wanted

It is worth noting that Pradeep is also the main accused in the Madoor Isubu murder case reported from Mangaluru sub-jail. Besides, he is also wanted in a murder attempt case in Mangaluru North Police station limits and a looting case in Mulki. He was currently on the run and had failed to appear in the court for hearing, inform the cops.
