Bengaluru: A suspicious suitcase was found abandoned at a scooter at BVK Iyengar road in Bengaluru on Wednesday, October 13.
Local shopkeepers and commuters noticed the suitcase and alerted the police. A bomb disposal squad was called to the place and upon inspection, only clothes were found inside it.
Earlier, in June, a black suitcase found abandoned at Malleswaram 18th Cross sent the public and police into a tizzy. The bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot and confirmed that it contained only clothes and not explosives as feared.
