Bengaluru: Man posing as tenant steals jewellery; arrested

Bengaluru: A 36-year-old man has been arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly robbing a 70-year-old woman by posing as a prospective tenant while she was alone at home on February 7.
The arrested accused has been identified as Kiran Kumar. Police had analyzed several CCTV footage and identified the culprit.
It is said that Kiran has many cases pending against him.
Police have recovered stolen gold ornaments worth Rs 9 lakh from him.
