Puttur: A man was killed and another sustained injuries after a pick-up truck rammed into the car, they were travelling in at Mukve near here.
The deceased has been identified as Krishna Bhat. His son, Avinash Bhat who sustained injuries in the accident has been admitted to a city hospital.
As per reports the pick-up truck moving from Mukve to Purusharakatte collided against the Omni car moving towards Puttur at Mukve Masjid here. Though Krishna Bhat was rushed to the hospital, he died on the way.
Puttur police registered a case.
