ComPol warns of stern action against bomb rumour mongers

Mangaluru: City police commissioner, Dr PS Harsha has warned that strict action will be taken against those who have been spreading false information on the bomb found at Mangaluru airport last week.
He stated that those have been spreading falsified and baseless information about the planting of an improvised explosive device at the airport will be booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Meanwhile, the investigation in the bomb scare accused, Aditya Rao, is ongoing. An investigation into his earlier hoax bomb call has also been started.
It has come to light that after leaving the bomb at the airport, Aditya had made a hoax bomb call to IndiGo airlines. He discarded the SIM card from which he made the call.
