Belagavi: A congress leader was arrested by the police for cutting his birthday cake using a sword amid lockdown.
The arrested is Ashok Kolakae, a resident of Pantha Balukundri Village.
Reportedly, Ashok who celebrated his birthday recently, cut his birthday cake using a sword. The picture and video of the incident went viral on the social media platforms, following which the police arrested him after filing a Suo moto case.
The court has not sent to Judicial custody.
