Hubballi: BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel said that the Congress party is targeting RSS to appease minorities and they have decided not to seek the votes of the Hindus.
Speaking to the reporters, Kateel said,” If the Congress party continues burning Chaddis as a protest, the party itself would be reduced to ashes. The party is doing this as they wanted to draw minority votes from the Janata Dal(S) to the Congress.”
“Congress is losing its ground across the country and the leaders are deserting the party. Also, the internal rivalry between Siddaramaiah and KPCC president DK Shivakumar is no longer a secret,” he added.
Talking about Sriram Sene chief Pramod Mutalik’s statement about the BJP MLAs failing to act against those violating the Supreme Court order on loudspeakers at shrines, Kateel said, ” We are committed to its Hindutva agenda and we have already fulfilled many promises including the Ram temple.”
