Court adjourned its hearing on BSY

Bengaluru: Karnataka High Court adjourned its further hearing till Wednesday on the petition filed by former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa.
B.S. Yeddyurappa was registered against two corruption cases by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on land denotification.
Justice Aravind Kumar adjourned the matter citing paucity of time and the ACB assured the court that it would continue its undertaking of not summoning or arresting Yeddyurappa till the next date of hearing, as it had promised last week.
