COVID-19: 22 new cases reported; K’taka tally rises to 981

Bengaluru: Twenty-two new cases of coronavirus has been confirmed in the state taking the tally of infected persons to 981 on Thursday, May 14.
“22 positive cases have been reported in the state,” stated the Karnataka’s mid-day health bulletin.
Out of 22 cases, five cases were reported from Bengaluru, four each cases were reported from Gadag, Mandya, and Bidar, three cases were reported from Davanagere and one case was reported from Bagalkote.
Till date 981 positive cases have been confirmed. This includes 35 deaths and 456 discharges.
