District BJP observes Surgical Strike second anniversary at War Memorial

Kadri: The City South unit of the BJP observed Surgical Strike Shaurya Diwas at the War Memorial at Kadri, on Saturday, September 29th, commemorating the cross border operation that India had carried out against terror camps in Pakistan two years back.

Former MLC Capt. Ganesh Karnik spoke on the occasion and said that the surgical strike had boosted the morale of the armed forces, while cautioning Pakistan. This surgical strike is a matter of pride for the Indian Army as well as all Indians, he said.

Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, District BJP Mahila Morcha president Pooja Pai, Corporator Roopa D Bangera, Yogish Bhat, Ravi Shankar Mijar, Capt Adyanthaya, Sharath Bhandary and others were present.
