
DKShi files petition in Delhi HC seeking quashing of PMLA cases

Bengaluru: KPCC President DK Shivakumar has approached the Delhi High Court seeking quashing of the money-laundering cases against him.
In his petition, the Congress leader has questioned the constitutional validity of Section 13 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Hearing the petition, the High court bench comprising Justices Mukta Gupta and Anish Dayal issued a summons to the Enforcement Directorate to clarify their stance on the matter.
The case has been posted for hearing on December 15.
