Fisherman found dead

Kota: The mortal remains of a person who had gone on a fishing trip from Maple and was reported missing had been found at Kodikanyana on Tuesday. The deceased man is identified as Sheikh Dawood (48) from Tamil Nadu.

The deceased had left from Pamban in Tamil Nadu on Apr 24th and reached Malpe on Apr 25th. He was reported to have gone missing while fishing on the night of Apr 26th. The other 9 members on the boat reached the coast safely. S Sini Avulmarai Kayar who is a relative of the deceased had given a complaint to Kota police expressing suspicions regarding the death.

The corpse in a state of putrefaction was sifted to Brahmavar government hospital with assistance from Jeevanamitra Nagaraj Putran.
