Gangrape-murder accused booked under Gangster Act

Muzaffarnagar: Three people accused in a gangrape-cum-murder case have been booked under the stringent Gangster (Control) Act almost six months after the crime was committed.
The accused had raped and killed a 19-year-old Dalit girl and her sister’s six-year-old son in Luhari Khurd village on December 18 last year.
According to Circle Officer Rizwan Ahmad, the three accused have now been booked under Gangster (Control) Act.
