Mysuru: A video of BJP organising secretary B L Santhosh taking a jibe at the family of JDS supremo and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda has been doing the rounds on the social media.
In the video, Santhosh while speaking at the ‘Mera Parivar, BJP Parivar’ programme held at Nanjangud, recently targeted the Deve Gowda family in a discreet manner.
“In the old Mysuru region, politics is for the father, his two sons and daughters-in-law of a prominent family. His family members themselves say that if tickets are given to non-family members to contest elections, they ditch after winning. But, they claim that theirs is a workers’ party,” he is seen as saying in the video.
