Hubballi: Police crack murder case within 24 hours; 2 arrested

Hubballi: The Rural Police Station officials here were successful in solving a murder that occurred at Anchatageri within 24 hours.

Two accused, Kashappa Tippanavara and Akshata J Kolhapur, have been arrested.

Kashappa and Akshata are neighbours and were in an illicit relationship. To ensure the secrecy of their relationship, she asked Kashappa to get rid of her husband Jagadish Kolhapur.

Akshata and Jagadish have a four-month-old baby.
