IMA scam: Roshan Baig remanded to 14-day judicial custody

Bengaluru: Former minister and I Monetary Advisory (IMA) ponzi scheme accused Roshan Baig has been sent to 14-day judicial custody by the special court hearing his case.

On Tuesday, December 1, Baig was remanded by the court to CBI custody for 1 day. CBI sleuths questioned him till late in the evening on Wednesday, December 2.

CBI officials later appealed to the court to extend his CBI custody however the court transferred him to 14-day judicial custody.

IMA founder Mohammed Mansoor Khan is alleged to have given crores of rupees to Baig in the ponzi scheme.
