Mangaluru: Food and civil supplies minister UR Khader informed that Indira Canteen will open at Thokottu on Thursday.
Addressing a press meet here, Khader said, “Indira Canteen will be inaugurated by a labourer at Thokkottu. It was my wish that a labourer would do the honours,”
Indira Canteen is operational at Suratkal, Kavoor, Urwa Store and Statebank in the district.
