Justin Bieber pulled over for using cell phone while driving

Los Angeles : Justin Bieber was slapped with a fine after a cop spotted him on his phone while driving.
The incident happened in Beverly Hills on Saturday, reported TMZ.

However, it is unclear if the 23-year-old pop star was texting or talking.
Police said that Bieber was calm and cooperative and took his ticket and moved along without further incident.
