Kodagu: Journalist arrested for selling fake negative RT-PCR report

Madikeri: Police officials on Monday arrested a Journalist for issuing fake negative RT-PCR reports for the travellers to Kerala from the district.
It is said that the man was preparing the fake certificates in his studio
Earlier, in March police officials reported instances of passengers from Kerala presenting fake COVID-19 test reports for passage into Karnataka.
They had also set up extra monitoring units to prevent such cases.
