Kumara Parvatha: Girl breaks leg while trekking; locals carry her for 7 km

Subrahmanya: A girl fractured her leg when she accidentally slipped and fell while trekking Kumara Parvatha hill range. She was part of a group of 23 other trekkers and the entire group had arrived to the location from Bengaluru on Monday, Oct 14th.

Reportedly, the fall suffered by the girl was so bad that she ended up breaking both of her legs.

The forest officials were soon informed and soon, the officials arrived with a few local youth, who then carried the girl on a stretcher for seven kilometers.

The humanitarian assistance readily provided by the youth has attracted much praise from the public.
