Kundapur: 28-year-old shares communal post on social media, complaint filed

Kundapur: A complaint has been filed against a person at Kundapur Rural police station for sharing communal hatred posts on his Facebook account.
The accused is Nagraj Mogaveera alias Raj Mogaveera (28), a resident of Kavradi gram panchayat.
Nagaraj had allegedly shared a post on his Facebook account calling for the encounter of people belonging to a specific community. He had reportedly targeted people who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat conference in New Delhi.
After his post was shared, Mukhtar Ahmed, resident of Janata colony, Kavradi village filed a case against Nagaraj, stating that the post hurt religious sentiments and promoted communal hatred.
