Kundapura: APL card holders to receive rice and grains from Centre

Kundapura: The Central government too will be distributing rations to APL ration card holders under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana.

APL cardholders need not register for the rations, it will be provided even on showing ration card and Aadhar card.

The central government will provide rice and pulses. Rice will be sold to APL cardholders at Rs 15 per kilogram.

The ration will be distributed only to 100 cardholders a day, 50 before noon and then 50 later to maintain social distancing.
