Lance Naik commits suicide

Jaisalmer:  A Lance Naik of the Indian Army allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree in Longewala in Jaisalmer district, police said today.

According to Ramgarh police station, Praveen Kumar was found hanging with a tree. He had come on training to Jaisalmer. A complaint was lodged by the Army at the police station.

Family members of the jawan in Haryana have been informed about his death and post-mortem will be conducted after family members reach Jaisalmer, police said.
