Madikeri/Ahmedabad: An aspiring pilot hailing from Kodagu reportedly committed suicide in Ahmedabad.
The deceased is Shibi Bopaiah(23), son of Bopaiah (an official working in the agriculture department) and Ponamma (a teacher) of Jamburu village in Somwarpet taluk.
Shibi always dreamed of becoming a pilot and was pursuing his training course at the Aeronautical Center in Ahmadabad. He regularly called his parents and had even spoken to the family on Thursday night.
However, the family was in for a shock when a police officer from Ahmedabad called Shibi’s sister on Friday and informed her that Shibi had committed suicide.
Shibi’s dead body was found hanging from a tree nearby the Aeronautical Center.
