Mangalore Airport staff returns diamond bangle to rightful owner

In a heartwarming incident, a staffer at Mangaluru International Airport returned a diamond-studded bangle that he found at the exit on the lower ground floor of the airport terminal on Monday, January 31 to its rightful owner
The woman who had been to the airport to receive her relatives noticed that her bangle was missing after returning home. She informed her relatives about the loss of the bangle, they contacted the airport terminal manager at the lost and found department, seeking assistance in locating it.
Meanwhile, Ashraf Moideen, who is a trolley retriever spotted the bangle and brought it to the notice of the authorities concerned. The aviation support group of CISF who were aware of the incident and missing report, then contacted the woman and the bangle was handed over to her post-identity verification process.
“The joy on the face of the passenger on receiving her precious bangle was the most fulfilling part of my day,” said Ashraf, who initially mistook it for a piece of imitation jewelry.
