Mangaluru: 80-year-old COVID-19 patient dies, dist death toll rises to 5

Mangaluru: An 80-year-old woman from Kulashekara who had tested positive for COVID-19 died on Thursday, May 14 and the death toll in the district reached five, informed sources.
The deceased was undergoing treatment at Wenlock Hospital, designated hospital to treat coronavirus.
She had contracted the virus from P-432 while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Mangaluru. P-432 succumbed to coronavirus on April 23.
