Mangaluru: Illegal slaughterhouse raided; 300 kg beef seized

Mangaluru: Police officials raided an illegal slaughterhouse at Malar, Pavoor village.

The accused identified as Jafar Sadiq, a resident of Malar Badriyanagar resident is absconding.

Upon receiving a tip-off,  station inspector Prakash Devadiga, SI Mallikarjun Biradar and others raided the house of accused Sadiq and confiscated the beef.

Cops seized 100 kg of beef valued at Rs 25,000.
