Mangaluru: Police officials arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly flashing at a woman near Kuthar
The accused has been identified as Muhammad Arif (27) from Pilar
It is said that the lady was moving towards Kuthar junction for work when a man who was talking on his mobile phone slid his trousers and exposed his genitals
The lady entered a nearby tailor shop and sought help. The man immediately fled from the spot but a passerby managed to click his picture
A case was registered at Ullal police station and the officials arrested the accused within an hour
