Mangaluru: Man arrested for sexually harassing a student on train

Mangaluru: The railway police arrested a man for allegedly sexually harassing a female student on a train from Kerala on February 24.
The accused Shaiju (40), hailing from Kozhikode and a carpenter allegedly tried to sexually harass a student who was traveling from Varkala on the train.
The student who captured his act on her phone filed a complaint at the Mangaluru Central Railway Station.
The incident occurred on February 19 in a sleeper class coach.
The accused was arrested by the police on Tuesday, February 24, and has been produced before the court, booked under IPC Section 354 (A).
