Mangaluru: Yakshagana artiste commits suicide

Mangaluru: A Yakshagana artiste here committed suicide at Mudipu, near Muloor on Friday, November 18.
The deceased has been identified as Keerthan Shetty Vagenadu. He committed suicide by hanging himself at his house.
Keerthan was working in several Yakshagana melas including Bappanadu.
The reason for the extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
Suicide is preventable. If you get any such thoughts, consult or seek expert help.
