MLA ticket fraud case: Chaitra Kundapura discharged from hospital, to undergo questioning

Bengaluru: Chaitra Kundapura, who had taken ill during interrogation by the CCB (Central Crime Branch) police in connection with a fraud case, has been released on Monday from Victoria Hospital where she was receiving treatment, reports said.
Chaitra had suddenly fallen ill and had to be rushed to the hospital. She had been taken to the CCB office on Friday, where she unexpectedly collapsed, exhibiting signs of severe distress, including foaming at the mouth. She had reportedly suffered a bought of fits (epilepsy).
As all her medical investigations and medical reports were found to be normal, she has been released from the hospital, reports said.
After being discharged from the hospital, Chaitra Kundapura was brought to the CCB office where she will be interrogated about her role in the BJP MLA ticket fraud case, reports added.
