Modi mania grips M’luru; Roadshow begins after PM offers tributes to Narayan Guru

Mangaluru: ‘Modi Modi’ chants reverberated in the streets of Mangaluru as PM Modi’s convoy made its way to Narayan Guru Circle from the airport.

The whole city wore a saffron look with thousands gathering to witness the maiden roadshow of PM Modi in Mangaluru.

BJP’s Dakshina Kannada candidate Brijesh Chowta and Udupi-Chikmaglur nominee Kota Srinivas Poojary are accompanying the Prime Minister as the truck made its way through the designated route.

The roadshow campaign by PM Modi assumes significance as Dakshina Kannada is a stronghold of the party.

Earlier, PM Modi arrived at Manglauru International Airport fromMysuru at 7:03 PM. From there, he proceeded towards the city to reach Naraya Guru Circle at 7:36 pm.
