Bengaluru: The trial of a bail plea trial of Mohommed Nalapad has been delayed to May 28 by the 62nd sessions court.

Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) M S Shyamsundar firmly questioned giving bail to the denounced Mohammed Nalapad, son of Shanti Nagar MLA Harris. “Nalapad directed an appalling crime and on the off chance that he leaves imprison, he may destroy the evidences,” he said.

Nalapad had fiercely ambushed Vidwath, in a restaurant. Not long after this, the Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths charge sheeted him.

Prior, Sessions Court and High Courts have wiped out the bail applications. The CCB police, who finished the investigation, presented a charge sheet of 600 pages to the court. A case was enlisted at Cubbon Park police headquarters following the assault episode at Farzi Cafe in UB City on February 17.
