No rise in Covid19 cases in Udupi; DK reports 4 new cases as K’taka breaches 6k mark

Bengaluru: Karnataka reported 120 new cases of coronavirus on Wednesday, June 10 taking tally of infected persons to 6041 in the state.

As on June 10, 6041 cases of COVID19 have been confirmed in Karnataka. Of this, 2862 persons have been discharged and 69 deaths occurred so far. In the last 24 hours, 120 new cases, 257 discharges and three deaths have been reported, the health department said in its media bulletin.

Presently 3108 cases are active, of which 14 persons are admitted in ICU.

Among new cases reported today, 68 are interstate passengers while three have international travel history.

District wise Bengaluru reported 42 cases; Yadagiri -27; Vijaypura-13; Kalaburagi-11; Bidar-5; Dakshina Kannada and Dharwad four each; Davangere, Hassan and Ballari reported three cases each; Bagalkote and Ramnagar reported two cases each and one case reported from Belagavi.
