He held meeting with BMRCL Managing Director Ajay Seth to review the progress of ‘Namma Metro’ construction on Monday, July 16.

Sources said that Seth asked for the minister to resolve the delays in governmental issues and to assist release of funds for the ventures.

Addressing the media after the meeting, the priest said “I have trained the authorities to take strict actions against contractors who dump construction waste on the roadside. I have likewise asked that they bed out flowering plants on the dividers underneath the metro route.”

Dr Parameshwara cleared up that there was no proposition to drop the latest Bengaluru Development Authority(BDA) plan.
